Bring the full Artesano Coffee experience to your event! Our Barista Station features our beautifully setup coffee cart at your location, serving unlimited handcrafted drinks from our menu for one hour, or for as long as you need. Our friendly barista also shares coffee tips and preparation insights to make the experience even more engaging. You can also add custom décor and cart personalization to match your event’s style. Perfect for parties, weddings, corporate events, and any occasion where you want to treat your guests to fresh, artisanal coffee made right on-site. Cancellation Policy
1. Reservations and Availability Dates are scheduled based on availability and will be confirmed once the request is submitted through our website or by phone. 2. Deposit and Payments To confirm the reservation, a 35% deposit of the total service value is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. We accept payments via Zelle or bank transfer. Once availability is confirmed, payment must be made immediately, and the client has one day to complete it. 3. Cancellations and Date Changes Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: 10% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than one week in advance: the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total service value will be charged. Date changes are subject to availability. 4. Logistics and Setup The client must ensure an adequate space for the coffee cart installation (flat surface, electricity access if required, and venue permits when applicable). Access to the venue must be available for setup and breakdown at the agreed times. 5. Guest Count and Beverages The final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event to ensure sufficient supplies and alignment with the contracted service. If the number of beverages exceeds the contracted package, an additional fee will be charged for the extra drinks. 6. Client Responsibilities The client must inform Artesano of any venue restrictions, regulations, or special permits (e.g., parking access, use of specific halls). Any additional costs arising from these regulations are the client’s responsibility. 7. Service Policies Service will be provided for the time and/or number of beverages specified in the quote. Our staff is trained to deliver a professional and friendly experience. Menu changes are not permitted on the day of the event without prior coordination. 8. Unforeseen Circumstances Clause If circumstances beyond our control occur (such as extreme weather, power outages, or public health emergencies), the event will be rescheduled based on our availability. In these cases, both parties will agree on a fair reimbursement for any perishable supplies already purchased that cannot be reused.
